Renting a property

If you would like to proceed with the rental of one of our properties you have viewed, the next step is to inform us and provide us with the following information:

• A copy of your passport or driving licence.
• A copy of a utility bill, if available, for your current residence.
• A copy of your contract of employment or a letter from your employer stating you are in permanent employment, your start date and your annual salary

We also require you to fill in a letting referencing Application in full. If a guarantor is required for the lease they will also need to complete the form and provide the information as outlined above.

There is a charge of £24 for each letting reference form completed to be paid when the completed form is handed in to our office. You will be advised when we have received a satisfactory Credit Check and the lease will be prepared for you with a mutually agreed commencement date. There is also a one off administration charge of £48 (Incl vat).

Please note the following:

Our leases are generally for 6 or 12 months in duration.

Any change to this will be advised to you before you sign the lease.
